We are an organisation that values staff equally. We operate a flat pay structure across all staff, including our directors. All full time positions are £30,000 and part time positions are pro rata of this. Full time roles operate for 38.5 hours per week, in which there are 5 individual wellbeing hours, for 42 weeks per year. We value our staff and understand that wellbeing is crucial to a healthy lifestyle. It might be going for a walk, gardening or something else that contributes to the positive wellbeing of each individual member of the team.
